Eurostar ski train tickets now on sale

Eurostar ski train tickets are now on sale, with services running from 19th December 2010.

Board at London St Pancras or Ashford, to arrive in Bourg-St-Maurice, Moûtiers and Aime-la-Plagne.

During the running of the ski service they have two trains to get you to the Alps, one travelling by day, the other by night. Here are some of the highlights of each:

Day Train

Pack your skis and salopettes on the Friday night and then wake up on Saturday fresh and ready to hop on the ski train. Along the way you can sit back and take in the breathtaking views outside your window; watch the mountain ranges unfurl before your very eyes and decide which one you’re going to conquer first. You’ll arrive in time for a first night fondue and a glass of vin chaud.

Night Train

There’s nothing quite like the feeling of getting out of work on a Friday knowing that you’re about to embark on an eight-day skiing holiday. As you fall asleep you’ll feel a dizzy child-like anticipation brought on by the fact that when you wake up you’ll be in the midst of a wintry wonderland.
