Pay As You Go Lift Pass

Meribel (and possibly the rest of the 3 Vallees) are looking to introduce a pay as you go style lift pass for next season, which will allow greater flexibility for skiers. Currently, you of course have weekly passes, which allow you to ski from the first to the last lift, but this isn’t what everyone wants to do. There are also half day passes, but these have time restrictions of when you have to start or end your day on the slopes.

With the new proposed pass, skiers will simply pay for the time that they spend on the slopes. This sounds like an excellent idea, especially for those skiers who like to have a more relaxing week away.
