Chalet Kernow has undoubtedly the best wine cellar in the Alps

I have always known the wine cellar of Liz and Charlie Berman, the owners of CK Verbier, is the best in the Alps but, I have never had the pleasure of enjoying them to quite the extent as Saturday night. Dinner in Chalet Kernow last week was undoubtedly the best dinner I have had in the Alps this season. Our palates were tested and pleasantly informed by our hosts who are consummate professionals at looking after people. One is normally given the wine menu second in a restaurant but in this case I would like to list it first.
